It was a privilege to join Brazilian neurology colleagues virtually on August 22 for the 16th Neurology Update Meeting of Hospital São Lucas da PUCRS, where I presented “Myasthenia Gravis: Diagnostics and Therapeutic Updates 2026” — from advances in diagnostic approaches to the expanding role of novel targeted therapies, followed by a lively discussion. The pace of progress in MG care is remarkable, and exchanging perspectives across health systems is always energizing.
